Train Rides

Where can you find a large scale railroad in the desert? Why at Adobe Dam Regional Park! The park is home to a 44-acre large scale railroad park that includes a large garden railroad, club house, a covered patio for special events & swap meets, and displays. Responsible for overseeing the construction, financing, daily operations and maintenance of the railroad park are the founding agencies - the Arizona Model Railroad Society and Maricopa Live Steamers.

During the cooler months, the clubs offer complimentary train rides on Sundays from 12 to 4:30 p.m. aboard their trains. A train ride is a great way to spend some family time together and they have four different routes running so you can experience many different views in the park.
