Thank you for volunteering your time and expertise to the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department at one of our regional parks. During your time as a volunteer, you will be asked to familiarize yourself with the department's policies and take training courses related to your duties. Below are several resources that ALL volunteers should familiarize themselves with:
HUB: The HUB is a web-based system where Current Volunteers can find and register for courses, as well as view their training transcript. This link is for volunteers who have previously, registered and have been approved to use the HUB.
Volgistics: This is the software program the department uses to tract volunteers. All volunteers should familiarize themselves with the Entering Volunteer Hours document which contains instructions on how to enter volunteer hours served into the Volgistics software so the department/park can track your time. This information is pertinent to both active and returning volunteers.
Volunteers may access the Volgistics software here.
Volunteer Handbook: The Volunteer Handbook is a copy of the training course that all volunteers must complete. It can be used as a reference once the course has been completed.
Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator with any questions regarding this information at email@example.com.
