AMPS is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and growing the hobby of model aviation through:

Providing and maintaining a safe flying site for model aircraft
Encouraging interest in model building
Supporting beginners through shared knowledge and experience
Promoting model aviation within the community
Offering progressive training for all levels of radio control flying
