Take your workout outside at Usery Mountain Regional Park’s outdoor fitness area, where strength training meets the scenic Sonoran Desert. Located near the Merkle Trailhead, this open-air gym allows visitors to combine a traditional workout with hiking, walking, or running.
Set beneath a large shaded structure, the fitness area provides a comfortable space to stay active while enjoying mountain views and fresh air.

Equipment & Features
The outdoor fitness station includes a variety of equipment for a full-body workout:
