San Tan Mountain Regional Park offers more than 20 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Trails vary in length from approximately 1 mile to over 6 miles and range in difficulty from easy to strenuous, providing options for all skill levels.

Moonlight Trail
For an easy and scenic experience, the Moonlight Trail is a great option. This relatively short trail offers a gentle route suitable for beginners and families, with beautiful desert views along the way.
San Tan Trail
For a longer and more challenging adventure, the San Tan Trail (approximately 6.4 miles) provides a more rugged experience. This trail travels through the Broken Lands and Central Valley areas and climbs into the Goldmine Mountains.
