Additional Aquatic Programs
Several times during the year, the Center, in cooperation with other organizations, offers training in various aquatic activities. Some of these are:
Ladies Day on the Lake—a partnership with the Lake Pleasant Sailing Club, this free training is offered on a Saturday from about 8:00 a.m. until about 5:00 p.m. There is no set schedule for this training, but currently, the event is held every 2-3 years. LPSC members offer their sailing rigs and expertise free of charge.- Weekend Scout Aquatics Training—this is an option that must be planned in advance and requires a minimum of 25 students to occur on a Saturday. Available dates are very limited. Call to explore opportunities for this event.
