The park’s nature center is designed to be sustainable and energy-efficient while blending in with the surrounding desert environment. The building is carefully placed to help protect wildlife movement and reduce impacts to natural areas whenever possible.

At Cave Creek Regional Park, the nature center is connected to an outdoor amphitheater. This space is used for interpretive programs, educational presentations, and other environmental learning activities.

The nature center offers:

  • patios
  • classrooms, and
  • an amphitheater that may be rented for a variety of events, such as meetings, family gatherings, and scout activities.
