Temporary Trail Closure – Maricopa Trail Segments 8, 9 and 35
Due to recent flooding, Segments 8, 9 and 35 of the Maricopa Trail, located outside Estrella Mountain Regional Park, are temporarily closed for visitor safety.
These trail segments will remain closed until floodwaters recede and crews can assess conditions, clear debris, and ensure the trails are safe to reopen.
For your safety, please do not enter flooded areas or closed trails. Floodwaters can create hazardous conditions, including unstable terrain and hidden obstacles.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore safe access to these trails.
