Trailhead Staging Closure Map
Due to an upcoming construction project, the Trailhead Staging Area at White Tank Mountain Regional Park will be closed to the public from April 13, 2026, through August 31, 2026.
This construction project will include:
- Expanding the existing parking area footprint
- Partially paving the parking area
- Installing a restroom facility with flush toilets
- Relocating the entrance to align with Waterfall Canyon Road
Because the Trailhead Staging Area will be inaccessible during construction, any trail that begins or ends in this area will not be reachable from this point. This includes:
- Ford Canyon Trail
- Mesquite Canyon Trail
- Mule Deer Trail
- Maricopa Trail
These trails themselves will remain open, but there will be no access from the Trailhead Staging Area. Please refer to the map for specific closure points.
