TRAFFIC ALERT: Crack Seal Operations Continue in White Tank and Waddell Areas
Pavement Preservation: Roads in White Tank Mountain Regional Park, Waddell, and west of Loop 303
The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be performing crack seal work to extend the pavement life, renew the roadway surface and seal small cracks on selected roads in the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, the Waddell area and roads located west of Loop 303 near Glendale (see orange highlighted roads above). Work will take place on weekdays beginning on Friday, Jan. 30 through Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2026.
The project includes:
- Applying crack seal to existing asphalt concrete pavement
- Cleaning up the project area and other miscellaneous work
Please allow for extra time for travel as there can be delays while work is underway. During construction, road restrictions may be in place to accommodate work. Please watch for work crews, obey all traffic control signs and slow down in the work zone.
