Come along for an April morning walk as we try and catch the snakes sunbathing! We’ll be on the lookout for lizards and snakes getting out early to get their warm on so they can get about their day! Participants might include gopher snake, coachwhip, and maybe even rattlesnakes if we’re lucky! Look out for desert spiny lizards, regal lizards, and maybe even Gila Monsters! We’re likely to see tons of birds, mammals, and bugs too! So even if the reptiles are sleeping in, it’ll be an exciting morning for wildlife!
This hike will leave from the Trailhead Staging Area travel on Pemberton, Shallmo, Cinch, Scenic and Pemberton before returning to the Staging Area. Total distance traveled is expected to be about 4-miles.
