Join Ranger Olivia to learn all about the different types of snakes there are in Arizona in this classroom presentation for World Sssnake Day.  Click program title for more details. 

This classroom setting program will feature information about different species of snakes that are commonly seen in Arizona, and how those snakes survive the heat/cold, what they eat, where they live, how they act, and why they look the way they look. Bring your questions and any sssuspicions about snakes for us to answer, this program is suited for any age group. We may also get the chance to meet/touch some snakes as well. Bathrooms and water are available at the Nature Center, but you may bring your own water as well.  

 

MEETING LOCATION: Nature Center  

 

Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 7 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.   Registration for this program will close on 07/14/26.
