Due to storm damage sustained on August 17, 2026, several areas at Estrella Mountain Regional Park remain closed or have limited access.
The Gila, Quail Trailheads, and Competitive Track are open. Restrooms are currently unavailable; however, portable restrooms are available for visitor use.
The one-mile concrete path is closed, and the playground is closed until further notice due to structural damage.
All ramadas and parking areas on the Loop Drive will remain closed through September 4, 2026.
In addition, the Nature Center is temporarily closed until further notice due to a power outage.
