New to the Desert? Want to learn more about the desert environment? Want to go for a splendid hike? If the answer is yes, then this hike is perfect for you! Bring plenty of water and wear closed-toe shoes. We will be hiking in total about two miles and be stopping at the visitor center mid hike. Meet at the Trailhead Staging Area; bathrooms are available near the parking lot. Limit 20 participants. NO pets please. Limit 15 participants. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.
