Hike through a riparian zone one of the rarest of all the Arizona ecosystems
Come join Ranger Derik on the Dragonfly Loop Trail to look for wildlife and learn about native plants. We will walk through preserved riparian habitat which is vital to many local and migratory species. The hike is roughly 2 miles and will be on rocky and sometimes uneven surfaces. Please bring plenty of water, wear close toed shoes, and use sunscreen. Meet at the cover tables by the small entry station at 7:30 am, we will start hiking promptly at 8 am. Please no pets!
