Join the rangers on a hike designed for the hot summer! Follow "Hike" signs to Wild Burro Day Use Area. 1pm - 3pm. Don't forget to wear good sole water shoes and clothes you can get wet.
Hiking in the summer is hot, but not when you hike next to a cool lake! We will be hiking around the edge of the lake and every now and then step in to cool down. So wear good sole water shoes, clothes you can get wet, and bring some water. Follow the "Hike" signs from the main gate to the trailhead. Please call 602-506-9556 to reserve your spot on this wet hike (leave name, number in party, and phone number, and we will confirm and leave directions).
