To celebrate we will be heading out on the trail in search of shamrocks that have been left behind by Lucky the Leprechaun. Lucky always seems to be causing trouble here in the park on St. Patrick's Day, and this year is no different, so come help Ranger Olivia collect all the shamrocks Lucky left behind. This will be an easy 1-1.5-mile hike along Moonlight trail, which is mostly flat with some uneven and sandy parts. Restrooms and water are available near the trailhead at the Nature Center but be sure to bring water with you.
