Scorpions are a common part of life here in the Southwest and many people are frightened of them. Come out and meet a few and learn what there is to be afraid of. We’ll scour the countryside along three of our trails with UV lights searching for the green glow of the little arachnids so we can get a good look, talk about what they eat, how they live, and how aggressive and dangerous they REALLY are compared to what they do in the ecosystem. You might find you like em more than you think.
