Take a hike with Ranger Nikki to check on plants such as brittlebush and globemallow and possibly wildflowers such as lupine, poppies and scorpionweed that may have been spurred on from any winter rains received. This is an out-and-back route using Pipeline Canyon and the beginning of Yavapai Trails for 3 miles total. The trails are rated easy to moderate and vary from level and smooth to uneven with small to medium rocks underfoot. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring snacks and water.
**Please note, due to waterline repair work at the North Entry area February 10 - March 10, NO running water will be available at the trailhead. Portable restrooms will be available. Please bring plenty of your own drinking water and hand sanitizer.
