Join a certified Basic Archery Instructor to learn the fundamentals of International Style Target Archery, including safety protocol, shooting form and aim development. Then, put your skills to the test with target games in a friendly competition between students. The class consists of one hour of basic instruction and shooting practice to get students accustomed to live shooting range procedures, a short rest break, and approximately one hour of games and skills tests. All equipment is provided. Open to adults and kids aged 10 and up (requires arm/shoulder strength to draw back the bow). Wear closed-toe shoes and sun-protective clothing. Brings snacks and plenty of water. This class is included with your park entry fee.

Due to the structured nature of the class and focus on safety, late arrivals may not be able to participate. Please plan your commute accordingly to arrive 15 minutes early and be aware that busy park entry stations this time of year may delay your arrival to the range location.
