Ranger Derik will have a table set up in the nature center with natural artifacts including skins, fangs, skulls as well as live snakes for you to touch. Also available will be information on the many snake species that you will commonly find in and around the Phoenix Valley. Feel free to bring pictures along and the ranger can help ID the animals you have found in your neighborhood or in the park.
