The hike is rated as easy and will cover 3 miles, gaining 125 ft of elevation. Please note the trail can be sandy and loose in a few places. If mobility and balance is a challenge, hiking poles are strongly encouraged. All hikers should bring a flashlight or headlamp with full batteries or extra batteries. If you have blacklights, feel free to bring them along. Please check the weather before coming; while this is the desert it does get cold here especially at night.
