Join Ranger Jacque for an interpretive walk focusing on the thriving flora found along the lake, and any fauna we may encounter. This approachable walk is a 0.6-mile loop on a barrier-free pathway near Palm Lake. We will proceed at a comfortable strolling pace, stopping along the way to explore the abundance of life, plant and otherwise, all around us. This program is perfect for beginners, families, and nature-lovers of all abilities.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and bring water. Restrooms and water are available in the parking lot across from the Visitor Center, where we will meet. Hassayampa River Preserve does not allow pets.
