To participate in this LOI, Respondents shall submit their Response electronically via email to MCPRD’s Contract Administrator, emily.miller@maricopa.gov by 2:00 p.m. on April 6, 2021, with reference to “Serial #210175-LOI REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP FOR DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF LAKE PLEASANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AT STATE ROUTE 74.” LATE RESPONSES SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. A Respondent responding to this notice should ensure that its Response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the MCPRD to determine the organization's qualifications and capability to perform the work. Font should be Times New Roman, size 12. Lengthy Responses are discouraged.
Pre-Proposal Conference is currently scheduled for December 16, 2020 at 10 am at Hwy 74 and approximately mile marker 22. Masks will be required as well as social distancing.
