To participate in this LOI, Respondents shall submit their Response electronically via email to MCPRD’s Contract Administrator, emily.miller@maricopa.gov by 2:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020, with reference to “Serial #210160‐LOI Request for Expressions of Interest For A Public Private Partnership for Development, Operation, Management, and Maintenance Of A Remote‐Controlled Airfield or Alternate Recreation At Adobe Dam Regional Park.
Pre-Proposal Conference is currently scheduled for an onsite meeting at Arizona Model Pilots Society Complex (Adobe Dam Regional Park, 43rd Avenue and West Model Way) on October 29 at 10 am. Masks will be required as well as social distancing.
