Enjoy a guided wildflower hike along one of our trails to possibly see Early Spring wildflowers. We will begin along the Spur Cross trail, take a turn onto the Fairy Duster loop trail, and continue onto Spur Cross and Metate to make a loop of about 2.5 miles. Trails are rated easy and are mostly flat with some uneven/rocky surfaces so please wear closed-toed shoes. Not all Desert Wildflowers are big and showy, so we will walk at a slow pace to see what small flowers might be hiding closer to the ground. Restrooms are available near the trailhead, but there is NO potable water available at the park. Be sure to bring water and $5 exact change per person for entrance fee as this park is cash only. (or annual pass/Cave Creek resident pass).
