Join Ranger Jacque for an informative walk focusing on the unique flora of the Sonoran Desert. This 2.1 mile loop follows the Moonlight, Stargazer, and San Tan trails, offering a chance to search for early wildflowers and pollinators. Participants should expect some uneven and rocky terrain. 

 

For your comfort and safety, please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, bring water, and sun protection. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center. 

 

MEETING LOCATION: Main trailhead by picnic table and kiosk 

 

Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 7 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 02/23/26.
