Time – Beginning & Ending 7:30am-9:30am
Location – White Tank Mountain Regional Park- Waterfall Trailhead-Area 6
Volunteers Needed - 20 people
What should the volunteers bring? –Water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, closed-toed hiking or tennis shoes, light-colored clothing. Personal trash picker if you own one! Gloves if you prefer your own.
What equipment will be provided? Trash bags, limited trash pickers, gloves, hand sanitizer, access to restrooms at trailheads.

Event Description – Join White Tank staff in celebrating Earth Day by cleaning up the park trails! We will be meeting at the Waterfall Trailhead and dispersing to various trailheads in the area to pick up trash and dog waste left behind. Volunteers must be able to walk on uneven terrain, work in outside conditions (heat or rain), and lean over to pick up trash.
Covid 19-Adhere to state covid protocols including wearing a mask when within 6 ft of others, social distancing, and dispersing into smaller groups of less than 10 when out on the trail.
