Take a break from the lake and join Ranger Derik on a 4-mile hike through the less traveled parts of the park on the Beardsley Trail. During the hike you will have to opportunity to learn about amazing wildlife that call the Sonoran Desert home. The hike will start from the Frog Tanks Trailhead on South Park Rd, across the street from the 10-lane Boat Ramp parking lot. This trailhead has no bathrooms or water fountains, but both can be accessed across the street. The trail with be in direct sunlight and cover rocky terrain so it is recommended you wear supportive shoes and proper clothing. Please bring plenty of water! MEETING LOCATION: Frog Tanks Trailhead

Also please add the hike name, location and date to the subject line. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please email back ASAP so those on the waiting list may be contacted. Registration for this program will close on Friday, 4/21/23.
