Hike with Ranger Derik along Lake Pleasant as you learn about the common plants found in the Sonoran Desert. Click on program title for more details.
We will be easy hiking 3.5 miles out and back on the Wild Burro Trail starting from the Wild Burro Day Use Area. The trailhead offers a bathroom as well as a water fountain to fill up on water. As we will be hiking on uneven and rocky terrain it is recommended you wear supportive shoes or boots. Please bring water and wear proper clothing for the weather. Also please add the hike name, location and date to the subject line. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please email back ASAP so those on the waiting list may be contacted. Registration for this program will close on Tuesday, 4/16/23.
