Drop into the Nature Center to see Ranger Steve as he displays some of the venomous creatures common to the Sonoran Desert!
Join Ranger Steve at the Nature Center at San Tan Mountain Regional Park on Wednesday, December 21st from 1-3:30pm for an interactive "drop in" to see some of the venomous creatures of the Sonoran Desert.
Some topics that will be covered include "busting" myths about venomous animals, the differences between venom and poison, what venom is used for, and an up close (but not too close) look at some live examples of venomous arachnids and snakes.
Registration is not required. Just drop into the Nature Center any time between 1-3:30pm!
