Update: 10/22/2022 4:15pm, the Rangers are still planning on being at the Discovery Center from 7-9pm. The forecast is for partly cloudy skies, so there are no guarantees, but all effort will be made to view Saturn and Jupiter through the telescope.

Join "Space Rangers" Steve and Kevin at Lake Pleasant Regional Park for a stargazing session! The Rangers will have a couple small telescopes set up to observe planets such as Jupiter and Saturn, as well as a few other objects that may include nebulae or star clusters. They'll also be pointing out other objects and answering all your astronomy or space-related questions!
This program will be limited to 20 participants; advance registration is required. Please email Ranger Steve DaCosta at stephen.dacosta@maricopa.gov to register. Please provide your name, number in your group, and your contact information. This program is expected to fill quickly, so don't wait too long!
Plan to meet at the Discovery Center at 7pm. This program is subject to cancellation in the event of heavy cloud cover; in the event of such a cancellation, all effort will be made to do so as far in advance as possible.
