Stroll the Slate trail this morning with a ranger! It’s gonna get hot so we’re going early but we aren’t going terribly far (roughly 3 miles, round trip) and it’s an easy rated trail!
Dress for the heat, bring lots of water, sunscreen, closed toe shoes, and a hat! A walking stick can be useful but isn’t required. Restrooms and water are available near the trailhead. No pets please.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 7/9/2026
