The hike will on easy, flat and rolling sandy trail. Hikers should bring water, wear close toed shoes and bring a flashlight with full charge or new batteries. If you have a blacklight feel free to bring along to help the ranger search for scorpions when the sun sets. A porta potty is located at the trailhead and water can be found at the nature center.
