The hike will cover 2.87 miles along the North loop trail on flat gravel trails with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. Hikers should bring water, flashlights, blacklights and wear supportive closed-toe shoes. The trailhead does not have any water but there is a bathroom available just before the trailhead on the right.

To register, please call the Nature Center (or Discovery Center at LP or Visitor Center at HRP) at (602) 506-2930 ext. 3 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 9/3/25.
