Ranger Olivia leads this picturesque hike to watch the sun set while also learning about saguaros along the way. We will see the sunset, saguaros, and maybe some evening critters as well. This hike be along Shallmo Wash Trail for an out and back of about 2 miles. The terrain is rated easy and ranges from even and smooth to areas with small to medium rocksunderfoot. You may bring your blacklight and regular flashlight to look for evening critters(optional). Wear closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Trailhead.
MEETING LOCATION: Trailhead Staging Area. Be aware that it will take an ADDITIONAL 5-10 minutes to get to the meeting location AFTER entering the park’s entry booth.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 2/09/26.
