Spur Cross is turning 25! Join us in celebrating this beautiful park by getting out on the trails and learning about some of the things that make this park special. Ranger Olivia will lead you on a hike to enjoy a peaceful morning in the desert while also learning about all of the plants around us. This will be an out and back hike that is approximately 2 miles total distance. We will be hiking Spur Cross Trail, where the terrain is mostly level but there are some uneven portions with small to medium rocks underfoot. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Restrooms are available at the Trailhead. There is NO potable water in the park.
