Lake Pleasant is home to over 600 wild burros, and we just might spot a few on this hike! The Wild Burro Trail is a main corridor for these animals, so we usually see them when on this trail. Let’s explore this shoreline trail and see if we can spot a few! This hike is about four miles and last around two hours. Bring water and a snack on the hike. Restrooms at the trailhead and halfway point. Follow the “Hike” signs in the park to the Wild Burro Day Use Area.
