Interested in spotting a wild burro? Come join the Lake Pleasant Rangers on the Wild Burro Trail where we'll lead you on an approximately 4 mile long hike to look for the trail's namesake! Please bring plenty of water, comfortable shoes, and a flashlight for this easy-moderate difficulty hike. There are restrooms at the trailhead, and the halfway point, once you enter the park, follow the "hike" signs to the trailhead! To register for this program, send an email to Ranger Casey at casey.carter@maricopa.gov with your contact info and the size of your party and we'll respond to confirm your registration! See ya there!
