Lace up those hiking shoes and join the rangers on this scenic shoreline hike!
We're hiking the scenic Wild Burro Trail to the overlook of the Scorpion Bay Marina. We will keep looking for those elusive wild burros on the return trip as well! This is a 4 mile, 2 hour hike, which is fairly easy. There are great views of the lake and desert from this trail. Pre-registration is required by calling Ranger Cody at 602-506-9557. Don't forget your water and sun protection! Restrooms are available at the trailhead. Just follow the "Hike" signs to the Wild Burro Day Use Area.
