Along the way we will discuss desert washes and mesas and how the two ecosystems differ. Long pants and sturdy shoes are recommended. No dogs on this hike. Meet at the main trailhead area where restrooms and picnic tables are located. Rain is forecast and may cancel this program. Check this webpage on 1/23 at 7:30am for update.

Although this is an outdoor program, frequent stops may be made so the ranger can explain or highlight items along the trail. At these times when social distancing is not possible, masks that cover both the mouth and nose must be worn.
