Join the ranger on a short hike on the easy terrain of Gila Trail to learn the basics of our incredible Sonoran Desert – from the adaptations of plants and animals to how you can safely deal with summer heat and enjoy the benefits of summer storms. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Meet at the Gila Trailhead parking lot.
