Join Ranger Derik for a guided hike to learn about the animals, plants, and Native American history of the Sonoran Desert. We will hike 3.5 miles roundtrip on easy to moderate grade, with frequently rocky or uneven ground. Please bring a flashlight/ headlamp, dress in layers, wear sturdy footwear, and carry ample water, electrolytes, and snacks for yourself. Restrooms are available at the trailhead but there is not water in the park so make sure to bring some with you.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list.
