Join Ranger Olivia for a hike to see and learn about the stunning saguaros during sunset. For registration and more details, click the program title.

Ranger Olivia leads this picturesque hike to watch the sunset while also learning about saguaros along the way. We will see the sunset, saguaros, and maybe some evening critters as well. You may bring your blacklight and regular flashlight to look for evening critters(optional). This hike will be about 2.5 miles starting on the Moonlight trail, where the terrain is mostly flat but does have some dips and sandy areas that are rocky and uneven, and then we will move onto the Stargazer trail, and finally loop on to the San Tan trail, which is mostly flat. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center near the trailhead but be sure to bring plenty of water with you!
