Join Ranger Jacque on a 2-mile hike on the Metate and section of the Spur Cross Trail. Though rated easy, expect rocky terrain, uneven ground, and some inclines. During the walk, we'll discuss the native and medicinal plants found along the trail. All plants are subject to seasonal changes, so we cannot determine what plants will be fruiting at the time of the program. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, appropriate clothing/hat (check the weather), and plenty of water (No water available at Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area). A portable toilet is available near the trailhead.
