Estrella Park offers 25 ramada areas for large group picnics, weddings, birthday parties, and office parties. Most Ramadas have lights, electrical outlets, cement slabs, large grills, and parking areas nearby (Ramada 27 does not have lights or electricity). All the turf area ramadas (1-24) have restrooms nearby, are ADA accessible, and are connected by a 1-mile loop sidewalk.
- Ramadas 1-6 have a metal roof covering various numbers of picnic tables. Each ramada has lights, electricity a large BBQ grill, and a water spigot.
- Ramadas 7-10 have a shade cloth covering various numbers of picnic tables. Each ramada has lights, electricity a large BBQ grill, and a water spigot.
- Ramada 11 is at the Super Playground. It has a shade covering and picnic tables. It is not available for reservation but is designed to allow individual family picnicking per table while watching kids at the playground.
- Ramadas 12-21 have a metal roof covering various numbers of picnic tables. Each ramada has lights, electricity a large BBQ grill, and a water spigot.
- Ramada 22-24 is a large Ramada complex for very large gatherings. There is a cement roof covering various numbers of picnic tables. There are lights, electricity, and a BBQ grill in each general area. There is a single water spigot in the area. The Ramada 22-24 complex is by reservation only (no first-come, first-served available) and must be rented together as one unit.

Ramadas can be reserved for a fee in four-hour increments. Please contact the park directly at (602) 506-2930 Extension #6 to reserve your ramada. If not marked as reserved, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis (except Ramada 22-24). There is a per-vehicle charge to enter the park (with or without a ramada reservation).
